01Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, applications, tools, and services available at learn.superabroad.in and any related subdomains or applications (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Super Abroad EdTech Private Limited ("Super Abroad", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 5th Floor, Jasti Towers, Sanjeev Reddy Nagar (S.R. Nagar), Hyderabad – 500038, Telangana, India (CIN: U74999TG2019PTC132210).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you ("User", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

02Definitions

"Account"

means the free user account you create to access the Platform.

"Subscription"

means any paid, duration-based plan (for example, 1 week, 2 weeks, or 4 weeks) that grants access to specified features for a defined period.

"Test Pack"

means any paid purchase of a defined number of full-length mock tests and/or sectional tests.

"Content"

means all practice questions, mock tests, sectional tests, grammar and vocabulary exercises, spelling exercises, templates, educational guides, recorded video classes, readiness (score-estimator) tests, calculators, builders, and any other materials made available on the Platform.

"Study Abroad Tools"

means the study-abroad readiness calculators, Statement of Purpose (SOP) builders, Letter of Recommendation (LOR) builders, education loan eligibility checks, and pre-visa and post-visa cost calculators.

"User Content"

means any text, recordings, responses, documents, or other material you submit, upload, or generate on the Platform.

03Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of, and with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

04Account Registration

4.1. Creating an Account on the Platform is free. You may be required to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, and phone number.

4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

4.4. Each Account is for a single individual. You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your Account, and you may not create multiple Accounts to circumvent usage limits, promotions, or restrictions.

05Description of Services

The Platform provides online preparation resources and study-abroad guidance tools, including:

PTE Academic and IELTS Academic preparation: access to practice questions, full-length mock tests, sectional tests, grammar exercises, vocabulary exercises, spelling exercises, templates, educational guides, recorded video classes, and readiness (score-estimator) tests.

Study Abroad Tools: study-abroad readiness calculators, Statement of Purpose (SOP) builders, Letter of Recommendation (LOR) builders, education loan eligibility checks, and pre-visa and post-visa cost calculators.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Platform at any time. Some features are available free of charge, while others require a paid Subscription or Test Pack.

06Subscriptions, Test Packs, and Validity

6.1. Free access. You may use the Platform's free features without payment. A Subscription or Test Pack is required only when you choose to access features that are designated as paid.

6.2. Duration-based Subscriptions. Subscriptions are offered for fixed durations (for example, 1 week, 2 weeks, or 4 weeks). A Subscription is valid only for the duration you select, calculated from the date of activation. Access to Subscription features ends automatically when the Subscription period expires.

6.3. Test Packs. Where you purchase a defined number of mock tests or sectional tests, each such test remains valid for 6 (six) months from the date of activation of the Test Pack. Any tests not used within this 6-month validity period will expire and be forfeited, with no refund or extension, unless required by applicable law.

6.4. Activation. Unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase, a Subscription or Test Pack is activated immediately upon successful payment. It is your responsibility to use your Subscription or Test Pack within its validity period.

6.5. No automatic renewal (unless stated). Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless you are expressly enrolled in an auto-renewing plan and informed of this at the time of purchase. Where auto-renewal applies, you may cancel it at any time before the next renewal date through your Account settings or by contacting us.

6.6. Changes to pricing and plans. We may change the pricing, structure, or features of any Subscription or Test Pack at any time. Any such change will not affect the validity of Subscriptions or Test Packs already purchased.

07Pricing and Payments

7.1. All prices are listed on the Platform and are, unless stated otherwise, inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (including Goods and Services Tax, "GST") as indicated at checkout. GST is charged in accordance with applicable Indian law. Where a payment is received in convertible foreign exchange, or where the origin of the payment is outside India, and the transaction qualifies as an export of service under applicable law, GST may not be levied. Whether GST applies to any particular transaction is determined by law, and the tax treatment reflected at checkout and on your invoice shall govern.

7.2. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the relevant payment provider. We do not store your full card or banking details.

7.3. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

7.4. In the event of a failed, disputed, reversed, or fraudulent payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to paid features and Account.

08Refund and Cancellation Policy

8.1. Please review the specific refund terms shown at the point of purchase, which apply together with this section.

8.2. Because the Platform provides digital content and services that are made available for use immediately upon activation, all purchases are generally non-refundable once a Subscription or Test Pack has been activated or any part of it has been used, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated below.

8.3. Because the Platform allows you to access and evaluate a range of features free of charge before deciding to purchase, all payments are non-refundable. By upgrading to a paid Subscription or Test Pack, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to experience the relevant free features and are making an informed purchase decision.

8.4. We do not provide refunds once a payment is made. The only exceptions are duplicate charges, a technical payment error attributable to us, or where a refund is required by applicable law. In such cases, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method, and applicable taxes and payment-gateway charges may be non-refundable.

8.5. We do not provide refunds, credits, or extensions for unused portions of a Subscription period, for unused mock tests or sectional tests after their validity period, or for dissatisfaction with test scores, estimates, or outcomes.

09AI-Generated Scores, Estimates, and Readiness Tests

9.1. The Platform may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to evaluate your responses (for example, in speaking and writing tasks) and to generate scores, feedback, and readiness (score-estimator) results.

9.3. Official exam scores are determined solely by the official test administrators under their own conditions and criteria. We make no representation that our estimates will match official results.

10Study Abroad Tools Disclaimer

10.1. The Study Abroad Tools — including readiness calculators, SOP and LOR builders, education loan eligibility checks, and pre-visa and post-visa cost calculators — are provided for general informational and self-help purposes only.

10.2. Outputs from these tools are estimates and indicative guidance only. They do not constitute financial, legal, immigration, investment, admissions, or professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such.

10.3. Loan eligibility indications, visa costs, and other figures are approximations based on the information you provide and general assumptions. Actual outcomes — including loan approval, loan amounts, interest rates, visa costs, admission decisions, and visa approvals — are determined solely by the relevant banks, financial institutions, universities, and government authorities.

10.4. Content generated using the SOP and LOR builders is a starting draft for your own review and editing. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, originality, and truthfulness of any document you submit to any institution or authority. We are not responsible for the use, rejection, or consequences of any document created with these tools.

10.5. You should independently verify all information and consult qualified professionals before making any financial, educational, or immigration decision.

11No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to specific examination scores, band scores, admission to any institution, scholarship, loan approval, or visa approval. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and the decisions of third parties.

12Affiliation and Trademark Disclaimer

12.1. Super Abroad EdTech Private Limited is an independent preparation and guidance provider. The Platform and its Content are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Pearson, the owners of the IELTS examination (British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, and Cambridge University Press & Assessment), or any university, bank, embassy, or government authority.

12.2. "PTE Academic", "IELTS", and other names, marks, and logos referenced on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only for descriptive and identification purposes. Their use does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

13Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose;
• copy, reproduce, record, distribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display any Content, including recorded video classes, questions, and templates;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems;
• use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or extract Content;
• interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Platform or its infrastructure;
• share, resell, or provide access to your Account, Subscription, or Test Pack to any third party;
• upload malicious code or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing; or
• misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate Accounts and to take appropriate legal action for any violation.

14Intellectual Property

14.1. All Content, software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Super Abroad EdTech Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

14.2. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Content for your own individual, non-commercial preparation and study-abroad purposes only.

14.3. No other rights are granted. You may not use our name, trademarks, or Content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

15User Content

15.1. You retain ownership of the User Content you submit (for example, your responses, recordings, and documents created using the builders).

15.2. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, process, and use it as necessary to operate and provide the Platform, including generating scores, feedback, and improving our services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15.3. You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not violate any law, and you are solely responsible for it.

16Data Protection and Privacy

16.1. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

16.2. Sharing with partners. You acknowledge and agree that Super Abroad EdTech Private Limited may share your contact details (such as your name, email address, and phone number) with its trusted partners — including universities, educational institutions, financial and education-loan partners, and study-abroad service providers — so that they may contact you with information and services relevant to your preparation and study-abroad goals. By creating an Account and using the Platform, you consent to this sharing. Such sharing is subject to our Privacy Policy, and you may withdraw your consent or raise concerns at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer.

17Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment gateways, video hosting, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

18Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any Content, score, or estimate will be accurate or reliable.

19Limitation of Liability

19.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Super Abroad EdTech Private Limited and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, opportunity, admission, or visa, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

19.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific Subscription or Test Pack giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

20Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Abroad EdTech Private Limited and its directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

21Suspension and Termination

21.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Platform or other users.

21.2. The Platform does not currently offer a self-service option to delete your Account. You may, however, request deletion of your Account and associated personal data at any time by contacting our support team or Grievance Officer, and we will action such requests in accordance with applicable law. In addition, any Account that remains inactive (with no login) for a continuous period of more than 6 (six) months may be automatically deleted by our systems, together with associated data and any unused Subscriptions or Test Packs, without further notice. Termination or deletion does not entitle you to any refund except as required by law.

21.3. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

22Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

23Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution provisions below, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.

24Dispute Resolution

24.1. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through good-faith discussions. You may raise any concern by contacting us at [email protected].

24.2. If any dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, and the language shall be English.

25Grievance Redressal

In accordance with applicable Indian law, any grievances regarding the Platform or your data may be addressed to our Grievance Officer:

26Miscellaneous

26.1. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any purchase-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform.

26.2. Severability. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

26.3. Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

26.4. Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
